This course includes important topics which will provide you the essential acknowledge about Rules, Tecniques and Products an indispensal step before you will be able to welcome and serve guests indipedently and in a professional way.

Equipment and Utensils
The Staff Positions Chart
The 3 Spheres of activity
Setup and reset tables
Carrying Plates & Trays
By the end of this course, participants will have acquired professional competence to fit within all F&B operations.
